Production Manager - Offsite Solutions 

As the Production Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Off Site Solutions Team (OSST). Specifically, you will ensure that all works completed are within budget, on time and to the highest quality standards.

You will support and implement practices that ensure Health and Safety legislation is met and best practice is being adhered to.

Effectively communicating tasks and requirements to the team, you will monitor workloads and provide solutions to ensure targets are met and any risks are mitigated.

About You

To join us as the Production Manager, you will need:

- At least five years’ experience within a construction and/or manufacturing environment
- An IOSH Working Safely qualification
- A valid CSR (Construction Skills Register) card
- Competent IT skills
- A full, valid driving licence
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Experience of managing a team

Desirable – Knowledge, skills and experience:

Knowledge of current building regulations in UK/Ireland would be advantageous to your application.

Skilled/Semi-Skilled Joiner/Carpenter – Off Site Solutions Team (OSST)



An exciting opportunity has arisen to join one of Northern Ireland’s most dynamic manufacturing companies. We are looking for skilled/semi-skilled joiners/carpenters to work within our construction team which manufacture’s purpose made modular buildings from detailed drawings and/ or site surveys. Post holders may be required to conduct duties from time to time at locations throughout the UK and ROI.


  • Undertake joinery/carpentry tasks to defined standards.

  • Work on own initiative, deliver quality work under pressure to meet target dates within budget requirements.

  • Communicate with members of senior management, other employees and clients effectively and courteously.

  • Liaise with line managers to make them aware of progress of work.

  • Complete any necessary paperwork to allow effective job costings to be completed.

  • Observe all health and safety and work regulations and report any hazards to line managers.

  • Provide guidance training and support to less technically qualified members of team.

  • Respect the need for confidentiality when processing personal/company/customer data.

  • Other such duties within capability as may be required from time to time.

Essential – Knowledge, skills and experience:

  • Time served and qualified in carpentry /joinery.

  • Proven, relevant work experience in a similar role.

  • Knowledge of good practice relating to health and safety regulations.

Desirable – Knowledge, skills and experience:

  • A valid CSR (construction skills register) Card.

  • Basic IT skills

  • Full clean driving license
